11-Plus - General Information

The lessons will begin early in January and they will be run in two sessions. If you have not done so already please contact us via the email or phone to express an interest in taking part in the lessons. We will contact you during December to confirm all the details.

The sessions will each be for 45 minutes with roughly 30 minutes being spent on the Verbal Reasoning paper and roughly 15 minutes on the Non-Verbal Reasoning.

Session 1 will begin at 5.00pm and session 2 at 5.50pm

For the Verbal Reasoning homework, a time limit will ultimately be given after which the student should change pen colour and then complete the paper. The time limit for the Non-Verbal exercises will be given at the top of each page. For the first three weeks please feel free to give your child help but, after this time, please note on the paper anywhere where you give assistance so that we can know a problem exists

If a lesson is missed please check here to make sure the appropriate homework is completed ready for the next lesson. The homework for the week that was missed could also be done and marked at home.

If anyone decides that they no longer wish to come to the classes please let us know as we have a waiting list of students who would like to attend and we would like to give them the opportunity.
