What is Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical Hypnotherapy is the use of a hypnotic state to bring about change.

It can be used to treat a variety of psychological problems and psychologically derived physical problems.

It is only successful if it is what the client truly desires to change. You cannot be made to do anything under hypnosis that you do not wish to do.

Everyone can benefit from the effects of hypnotherapy as it allows the mind to access its own resources and abilities. By doing so, it allows the mind to trigger its own healing or coping mechanisms.
